Duffy Bioscience was created to invest in emerging science based businesses with activities in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
BioVectra Inc., (formerly Diagnostic Chemicals Limited) a company engaged in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients and commercialization of science based products, is providing the initial seed money.
Duffy Bioscience has an initial capital investment of $1 Million. In addition to providing investment dollars Duffy Bioscience will assist new businesses with administrative and management support.
